Arab-American Poet, Memoirist, Performer, Writer, Educator Elmaz Abinader received the PEN Oakland/Josephine Miles Literary Award for her poetry collection In the Country of My Dreams.... On October 3, 2014 at Revolution Books Berkeley, Elmaz had a Poetry Reading and discussion of the her new book This House, My Bones… where she took the pledge with Tara Dorabji.

Tara Dorabji is a writer, arts educator, mother, and radio journalist at KPFA Pacifica radio. Her work is published in the Indian Review, Corvus, Censored 2013, and Midwifery Today.
